Karin has not only been my manager but also my mentor in the last 8-9 months I had worked with her. It had been a great learning experience for me, not only professionally but personally too. Her emphasis on ‘perfectionism’ and ‘hard work’ has not only made me more competent in my workplace but also an improved individual personally. Client focus always, better output and pro-activeness are some traits which I learned working along with her. It always seems easy for an employee to praise his/her boss to earn brownie points but I can confidently say that she is among the best individuals I have encountered ever.
